Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete the data Ad Prophet holds about you and your connected advertising accounts. Ad Prophet AI is operated by Four19, LLC.

You can ask us to delete the data we hold from your connected Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts at any time. You can also disconnect those accounts inside Ad Prophet, which stops any further reading right away.

When you use Ad Prophet, we hold your account details such as name, email, and company, the Google Ads and Meta Ads data we read with your permission, and the audit reports and forecasts we built from that data. We read your advertising accounts on a read-only basis and never change them.

Log in to Ad Prophet, open your account settings, and disconnect your Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts. Disconnecting immediately stops Ad Prophet from reading any further data from those accounts.

Disconnecting stops future access. To also remove the data we already collected, email us using the steps in Option 2.

Email us at west@four19.co with the subject line "Delete my data" from the email address on your Ad Prophet account. Tell us:

• The email address you used to sign up.
• Which accounts you want removed: Google Ads, Meta Ads, or your whole Ad Prophet account.

We will:

• Disconnect the advertising accounts you name and revoke our access tokens.
• Delete the advertising data we read and the audit reports and forecasts we built from it.
• Delete your Ad Prophet account if you ask us to.
• Email you to confirm when it is done.

We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. In most cases it is much faster. We may keep limited records that we are legally required to keep, such as billing records for tax purposes, and nothing else. Backup copies and system logs may take a little longer to age out of normal backup cycles.

You can also remove Ad Prophet directly from Meta. Go to your Facebook settings, open Settings & Privacy, then Settings, then Business Integrations, find Ad Prophet, and remove it. This revokes our access going forward. To also delete the data we already hold, email us using the steps above.

Open your Google Account, go to Security, then "Third-party apps with account access," find Ad Prophet, and remove its access. This revokes our access going forward. To also delete the data we already hold, email us using the steps above.

If Meta sends us a user data deletion request through its developer tools, we will use the Meta-provided identifier to find and delete the applicable Meta Platform Data and provide the required confirmation or status information.
