We built Ad Prophet for marketers who care about results. We treat your data with the same seriousness.

When you connect your Google Ads account, we use Google's OAuth 2.0 protocol to request read-only access to your advertising data. This means:

• We can read your campaign structure, performance metrics, and account settings
• We cannot modify your campaigns, adjust bids, pause ads, or change any account settings
• We cannot spend your advertising budget or create new campaigns
• You can revoke access at any time through your Google account settings

Your Google Ads data is used solely to generate your profitability audit, wasted spend map, and profit forecast. We do not sell, share, or use your advertising data for any other purpose.

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and company name.

Google Ads data: Campaign performance data, account structure, and metrics accessed via read-only OAuth connection as described above.

Usage data: How you interact with our website and tools, including pages visited, features used, and time spent.

Business data you provide: Unit economics, margins, and other business inputs you enter into our free tools or during the audit process.

Communications: If you contact us, we retain the content of those communications.

• To deliver your profitability audit, wasted spend map, revenue recovery roadmap, and profit forecast
• To maintain and improve our AI analysis engine
• To provide customer support and respond to inquiries
• To send transactional emails related to your account and deliverables
• To send marketing communications (only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time)

We retain your Google Ads data only for as long as needed to deliver your audit and forecast. For one-time engagements (Seer and Oracle tiers), we retain data for up to 90 days after delivery to support follow-up questions and potential upgrades. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing west@four19.co.

For ongoing monitoring engagements, data is retained for the duration of the engagement and deleted within 30 days of termination.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL)
• Encrypted data storage at rest
• Role-based access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel
• Authentication via Clerk, a SOC 2-compliant identity provider

We use the following third-party services to operate Ad Prophet:

• Google OAuth: For secure, read-only access to your Google Ads account
• Clerk: For authentication and account management
• Convex: For backend data processing and storage
• Vercel: For website hosting and delivery

Each provider operates under their own privacy policies and security standards. We do not sell your data to any third party.

We use essential cookies required for authentication and site functionality. We use analytics cookies to understand how visitors interact with our website. You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Revoke Google Ads access at any time
