Overview

Ad Prophet AI ("Ad Prophet," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Four19, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, protect, retain, and delete information when you use our website at adprophet.ai and our services.

Ad Prophet helps businesses understand and improve advertising performance. To do that, customers may connect advertising accounts such as Google Ads and Meta Ads. We use connected account data only to provide, support, secure, and improve Ad Prophet.

Read-Only Access to Your Advertising Accounts

Ad Prophet's audit features read your connected advertising accounts. They do not change them. When you connect a Google Ads account or a Meta Ads account, you grant Ad Prophet read-only access so we can produce your audit and forecast.

  • Google Ads: We access your Google Ads account and campaign data through the Google Ads API on a read-only basis. We read account settings, campaign and ad group structure, keywords, ads, bids, budgets, conversion settings, and performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost, and conversions.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads: We access your Meta ad account, campaign, ad set, ad, and performance data through Meta's marketing APIs on a read-only basis.

We do not create, edit, pause, or delete any campaigns, budgets, keywords, or ads. We do not move money or change your settings. We use this data only to build the audits, forecasts, recommendations, and reports we show back to you inside Ad Prophet, and to support and secure the service.

You stay in control. You can disconnect Google Ads or Meta Ads at any time, which stops any further reading, and you can ask us to delete the data we already hold. See the Data Deletion page for the steps, and the "How to Delete Your Data" section below.

Information We Collect

Account information: Name, email address, company name, organization details, login activity, and account settings.

Business information you provide: Revenue, margin, customer value, conversion, budget, forecast, and other business inputs you enter into Ad Prophet.

Advertising account data: Data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other ad platforms that you choose to connect to Ad Prophet.

Reports and analysis: Audit outputs, forecasts, recommendations, scorecards, notes, exported files, and other work product created from your account and advertising data.

Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, device and browser details, approximate location from IP address, and error or diagnostic logs.

Communications: Messages you send to us, support requests, sales conversations, and related contact history.

Google Ads Connections

When you connect a Google Ads account, we use Google's secure account connection process to request access to the Google Ads data needed to provide Ad Prophet.

Google Ads data we may collect includes account IDs, manager account links, campaign names and settings, ad group names and settings, ads, assets, keywords, search terms, budgets, bids, bid strategies, conversion actions, attribution settings, audiences, geographic and device performance, impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, conversion value, revenue-related metrics, landing page data, optimization signals, change history, and related reporting fields.

We use Google Ads data to build audits, forecasts, recommendations, scorecards, pacing views, performance reports, and customer support. We may also use it to detect errors, improve product quality, and keep the service secure.

Current Ad Prophet reporting features read and analyze Google Ads data. If you use an account-change feature, we will show the action before it is sent and will only submit it after a user with the right account access approves it.

Ad Prophet's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where they apply.

Meta Ads Connections

When you connect a Meta Ads account, we use Meta's secure account connection process to request the permissions needed for Meta Marketing API reporting and account management features. We currently request ads_read and ads_management.

Meta Ads data we may collect includes Meta user or business IDs, ad account IDs, account names, account status, currencies, time zones, campaigns, ad sets, ads, creative metadata, creative names, placement settings, objective and optimization settings, budgets, bids, bid strategies, schedules, targeting settings, attribution settings, pixel and Conversions API signal checks, deduplication and event health signals, landing page view data, impressions, reach, frequency, clicks, spend, conversions, leads, cost per result, conversion value, return metrics, breakdowns, and related reporting fields.

We use Meta Ads data to build performance reports, account health checks, Meta-specific audits, forecasts, recommendations, scorecards, and support workflows.

Current live Meta features read and analyze advertising data. User-approved write features are planned. When those features are live, we will show the specific action before it is sent and will only submit it after a user with the right account access approves it.

We do not sell Meta Platform Data. We do not use Meta Platform Data to build unrelated user profiles, make eligibility decisions, support surveillance, or discriminate based on protected traits.

How We Use Information

  • To provide Ad Prophet, including audits, forecasts, recommendations, reports, scorecards, and account monitoring
  • To connect and maintain advertising account integrations that you authorize
  • To support user-approved changes to advertising accounts when those features are available
  • To provide customer support and respond to requests
  • To improve product quality, accuracy, reliability, and security
  • To send service messages, account notices, security alerts, and support updates
  • To send marketing messages when allowed by law and your communication choices
  • To comply with legal duties, platform terms, and security requirements

What We Do Not Do

  • We do not sell, rent, or license your advertising account data.
  • We do not use connected advertising account data for unrelated advertising, audience resale, or unrelated user profiling.
  • We do not share access tokens, app secrets, or raw account credentials with customers or unrelated third parties.
  • We do not make advertising account changes unless a user with the right account access approves the action in Ad Prophet.
  • We do not ask for your Google, Meta, or other platform password.

How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve Ad Prophet, or when required by law. We may share information with:

  • Connected platforms: Google and Meta, when you authorize account access or when Ad Prophet sends an approved request through their APIs.
  • Cloud and data providers: Google Cloud, including BigQuery, for data storage, processing, and reporting.
  • Application providers: Convex for backend data handling, Clerk for authentication and organization access, and Vercel for hosting and delivery.
  • AI service providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google AI providers when needed to generate analysis, summaries, forecasts, recommendations, or support responses.
  • Professional and legal support: Accountants, lawyers, security reviewers, or similar advisers when needed for business, compliance, or legal reasons.
  • Authorities or other parties: When required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate abuse or security issues.

Our service providers may process information only to provide services to Ad Prophet and must protect it under their own security and privacy commitments.

Data Retention and Deletion

For one-time audits or short projects, we keep connected advertising data and derived report data for up to 90 days after delivery unless a longer period is needed for security, legal, billing, or customer support reasons.

For active subscriptions, ongoing monitoring, or active customer accounts, we keep account data, connected advertising data, report snapshots, recommendations, and derived analysis for as long as needed to provide Ad Prophet.

OAuth tokens and other connection records are kept while the integration is active. When you disconnect an account, close your Ad Prophet account, or ask us to delete the connection, we delete or revoke those connection records unless we need to keep limited records for security, legal, billing, or abuse prevention.

We aim to delete requested customer data within 30 days after a verified deletion request, unless we must keep limited information for legal, security, billing, dispute, or fraud prevention reasons. Backup copies and system logs may take longer to age out of normal backup cycles.

Where required, we also ask service providers that process the relevant data for us to delete it from their systems.

We may keep aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be linked back to a specific user, customer, ad account, browser, or device.

How to Delete Your Data

You can request deletion of your personal data, connected advertising data, reports, and integration records by emailing west@adprophet.ai. Please include the email address on your Ad Prophet account and the organization or ad account you want deleted.

You can also revoke platform access directly through your Google or Meta account settings. Revoking access stops future collection from that connected account. To delete data already stored in Ad Prophet, email us at west@adprophet.ai.

If Meta sends us a user data deletion request through its developer tools, we will use the Meta-provided identifier to find and delete applicable Meta Platform Data and provide the required confirmation or status information.

Data Security

We use administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect your information. These include:

  • Encrypted data transmission using HTTPS
  • Encrypted storage where supported by our infrastructure providers
  • Role-based access controls for customer and advertising data
  • Authentication and organization access controls through Clerk
  • Limited access to production systems based on job need
  • Monitoring, logging, and review of system errors and security events
  • Procedures for responding to security issues and platform notices

Cookies and Website Data

We use essential cookies required for authentication, security, and site functionality. We may use analytics cookies or similar tools to understand how visitors use our website and improve the service. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data, object to certain processing, or limit how we use your information. To make a request, contact us at west@adprophet.ai.

You may disconnect Google Ads or Meta Ads access through Ad Prophet, through your platform account settings, or by emailing us. You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in those emails.

Children

Ad Prophet is built for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and provide notice when required. If we materially change how we use Google, Meta, or other connected platform data, we will update this policy before using the data in the new way.
