How Ad Prophet Works

Ad Prophet is an auditing tool for paid advertising accounts, made by Four19, LLC. You connect your own Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts with read-only access. Ad Prophet reads your account settings, campaign structure, and performance data, scores how well the account is built, and produces a report with a forecast of what better setup could be worth.

We only read your data. Ad Prophet does not create, change, pause, or delete any ads or campaigns. It cannot spend your money or touch your account. Read access in, audit report out.

When you connect Google Ads, Ad Prophet asks for read-only access through Google's official sign-in. We use the Google Ads API to read your account structure, campaigns, ad groups, keywords, settings, and performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost, and conversions.

We use that data to score the account and build your audit. We never request write access, so we cannot change anything in your Google Ads account. You stay in full control and can disconnect at any time.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where they apply.

When you connect Meta (Facebook and Instagram ads), Ad Prophet asks for read-only access through Meta's official sign-in. We read your ad account, campaigns, ad sets, ads, and performance data to score the account and build your audit.

We do not manage, edit, or run your campaigns. We do not move money or change your settings. You can disconnect at any time, which stops further reading.

We read account and campaign structure, settings, and performance results such as spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and outcomes. We read this so we can measure how well each account is set up, show where spend is being wasted, and forecast what fixing it could be worth.

We use your advertising data only to produce your audit and forecast and to support you. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train general-purpose models.

You connect your own accounts, and you can disconnect Ad Prophet at any time through your Ad Prophet settings or through your Google or Meta account permissions. Disconnecting stops any further reading right away.
