How Ad Prophet Works

Ad Prophet is a growth-diligence system for ad account data, made by Four19, LLC. You connect supported ad accounts. Ad Prophet reads available account settings, campaign structure, and performance data, scores how well the account is built, and produces a report with a forecast of what better setup could be worth. A full account audit is included in every read, and the deliverable is a forecasted growth plan your team can act on. Google Ads analysis is available. Meta Ads is available through a controlled rollout. Google Analytics coverage is expanding.

Every feature that exists today only reads your data. Ad Prophet does not create, change, pause, or delete any ads or campaigns, and it does not spend your money. The permissions each platform connection asks for are described below.

When you connect Google Ads, Ad Prophet uses Google's official sign-in and asks for Google's standard Google Ads API permission; Google does not offer a narrower read-only version of that permission. We use the Google Ads API to read your account structure, campaigns, ad groups, keywords, settings, and performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost, and conversions.

We use that data to score the account and build your audit. Our analysis does not change anything in your Google Ads account, and any account-change feature requires your approval before a change is sent. You stay in full control and can disconnect at any time.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where they apply.

Meta Ads is available through a controlled rollout. When you connect Meta (Facebook and Instagram ads), Ad Prophet uses Meta's official sign-in and asks for three permissions: ads_read, which covers the reporting data we read, ads_management, which Meta pairs with planned account features that are currently switched off in Ad Prophet, and business_management, which lets us list the ad accounts owned through your Business so you can pick the right one.

The features that exist today only read your ad account, campaigns, ad sets, ads, and performance data to score the account and build your audit. No Ad Prophet feature writes to your Meta account today, and any future feature that changes your account would require your explicit approval first. You can disconnect at any time, which stops further reading, and you can also remove Ad Prophet's access in your Meta Business settings.

When you connect Google Analytics, Ad Prophet uses a read-only connection to the property you select. The connection does not change your Analytics settings. GA4 data can add post-click context as broader analytics coverage expands across the product.

We read account and campaign structure, settings, and performance results such as spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and outcomes. Google Analytics coverage is expanding to add broader post-click context. We read supported data so we can measure how well each account is set up, show where spend is being wasted, and forecast what fixing it could be worth.

We use connected data only to provide, support, secure, and improve Ad Prophet. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train general-purpose models.

You connect your own accounts, and you can disconnect Ad Prophet at any time through your Ad Prophet settings or through your Google or Meta account permissions. Disconnecting stops any further reading right away.
