Terms of Service

By accessing or using Ad Prophet AI ("Ad Prophet," "we," "us"), operated by Four19, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Ad Prophet provides AI-powered Google Ads profitability auditing, forecasting, and optimization intelligence. Our services include:

• Profitability audits with 2,600+ scoring inputs reviewed per live audit on average
• Wasted spend mapping with dollar-quantified recovery estimates
• Profit forecasting with scenario modeling (P10/P50/P90)
• Revenue recovery roadmaps with prioritized recommendations
• Free self-service calculation tools

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

To use our audit and forecasting services, you must authorize read-only access to your Google Ads account via OAuth 2.0. By granting access, you represent that you have the authority to do so and that providing this access does not violate any agreements you have with third parties.

We access your data in read-only mode. We do not modify your Google Ads account, campaigns, bids, budgets, or any other settings. You can revoke access at any time through your Google account settings.

Pricing for our services is listed on our Pricing page. All prices are in USD. One-time audit fees (Seer and Oracle tiers) are charged at the time of purchase. Custom and enterprise pricing (Prophet tier) is agreed upon before engagement.

Certain service tiers include performance guarantees as described on our Pricing page. If the stated minimum recoverable opportunity is not identified in your audit, you are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of audit delivery. Guarantees apply to the identification of opportunity, not to the implementation of recommendations or actual realized results.

All content, tools, methodology, and technology used to deliver Ad Prophet's services are the intellectual property of Four19, LLC. Your audit deliverables (wasted spend map, roadmap, forecast) are yours to use internally. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share audit methodology or scoring frameworks without written permission.

Agency partners with white-label agreements may redistribute deliverables to their clients under the terms of their specific agreement.

Ad Prophet provides data analysis and forecasting. Our audits and forecasts are based on historical performance data and statistical modeling. They are not guarantees of future performance. All forecasts represent projected outcomes across confidence intervals and should be used as decision-support tools, not as guaranteed results.

We are not a Google Ads management agency. We do not implement changes to your account. Recommendations are advisory and implementation is your responsibility (or your agency's).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ad Prophet and Four19, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse our services, or engage in activity that could harm other users or our systems.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
