Terms of Service

By accessing or using Ad Prophet AI ("Ad Prophet," "we," "us"), operated by Four19, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Ad Prophet provides AI-powered paid media auditing, forecasting, and growth intelligence using ad account data. Google Analytics coverage is expanding. Our services include:

• Google Ads audits with 2,600+ scoring inputs reviewed per live audit on average
• Wasted spend mapping with dollar-quantified recovery estimates
• Profit forecasting with scenario modeling (P10/P50/P90)
• Revenue recovery roadmaps with prioritized recommendations
• Free self-service calculation tools

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

For the standard Account-Connected Analysis, you must authorize access to your Google Ads account via Google's official OAuth 2.0 sign-in, using Google's standard Google Ads API permission. By granting access, you represent that you have the authority to do so and that providing this access does not violate any agreements you have with third parties.

Our current features read and analyze your data. We do not modify your Google Ads account, campaigns, bids, budgets, or other settings, and no account-change feature will send a change without your approval. You can revoke access at any time through your Google account settings.

Pricing for our services is listed on our Pricing page. All prices are in USD.

• Free Growth Read: free. No card and no ad or analytics account access are required.
• Account-Connected Analysis: a monthly subscription billed at the price shown on the Pricing page. The standard subscription starts after payment and a Google Ads connection. Meta Ads access may be included during the controlled rollout. The subscription renews month to month and can be canceled at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals.
• Agency subscriptions: agencies run on one subscription that covers an agreed number of client spaces, and every covered client receives the account-connected analysis. Agency pricing depends on the number of client spaces and is agreed before the subscription starts. Agency admins manage the subscription from Agency Settings in the portal.

Current subscriptions do not include a minimum-findings or performance guarantee. If we offer a guarantee for a specific engagement, it will be stated in writing for that engagement, and it applies to the identification of opportunity, not to the implementation of recommendations or actual realized results.

All content, tools, methodology, and technology used to deliver Ad Prophet's services are the intellectual property of Four19, LLC. Your audit deliverables (wasted spend map, roadmap, forecast) are yours to use internally. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share audit methodology or scoring frameworks without written permission.

Agency partners with white-label agreements may redistribute deliverables to their clients under the terms of their specific agreement.

Ad Prophet provides data analysis and forecasting. Our audits and forecasts are based on historical performance data and statistical modeling. They are not guarantees of future performance. All forecasts represent projected outcomes across confidence intervals and should be used as decision-support tools, not as guaranteed results.

We are not a paid media management agency. We do not implement changes to your account. Recommendations are advisory and implementation is your responsibility (or your agency's).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ad Prophet and Four19, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse our services, or engage in activity that could harm other users or our systems.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
